The Weeks U18 Majors are excited to announce another addition to their staff today. Bailey Koehoorn has been added as the teams Athletic Trainer for the 2022-23 season.

Bailey, a Pictou County resident, joins the Weeks program with an impressive background in athletic training, human kinetics, physiotherapy & sports performance. She received a Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics from St.FX, graduating in 2019. She then continued her education at Dalhousie, and completed her masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2021.

Currently Bailey works at the Aberdeen Hospital, a position she has held since the new year. She has an extensive background as an athlete in numerous sport, including hockey.

Head Coach & General Manager Kyle MacLennan is extremely happy to be able to add Koehoorn to the program. “Bailey will be a fantastic asset to our program. She comes highly recommended, has a strong work ethic & will be a great support for our athletes.”
